I started in the Real Estate business in 1986 with Coldwell Banker and continued there until 2002. My business partner, Norma Bailey, and myself opened Signature Real Estate in 2002. I have 33 years of real estate experience. I have the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Designation, Military Relocation Professional Designation, e Pro Designation, Code of Ethic Instructor, PS&A committee member, Member of the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce, volunteer for several nonprofit organizations. In April 2015, Norma and I moved our "SIGNATURE" Team to join forces with RE/MAX Crossroads. Then finding our forever home at RE/MAX Regency in October 2021.
